It was with inspiration from the form of cherry blossoms in full bloom that designer Helle Damkjær created the popular Bloom
series. “My studio is based in Paris, one of Europe’s most vibrant metropolises. To challenge and contrast the inspirations I find in Europe, I enjoy travelling to the Far East to be inspired by Asia’s unique landscapes and natural forms. I was in Japan in the springtime and witnessed
the overwhelming beauty of the cherry blossoms in full bloom. The delicate and soft contours of the cherry blossom’s form
inspired me to create Bloom” Helle Damkjær states.
The Bloom bowls are produced in stainless steel and are both suited for presenting delicious foods and for decorating any table.
