MASTERPIECES-based on original Georg Jensen hollowware
Available for the first time since 1960.
One of Georg Jensen's greatest legacies was its development of functional, modern design during the post World War II period. The Danish designer Magnus Stephensen was a pioneer of this clean and unadorned style. Having studied in Japan, he brought the subtle aesthetic he learned abroad to the works he created for Georg Jensen.
This candleholder is a wonderful example of his work. It combines a contemporary edge with superior craftsmanship. This striking candlestick was originally used on church altars. Today, it is the perfect way to add a dramatic touch to any room in your house. It is designed for thick candles (6-7cm).
